The new E60 M5 & E63 M6 Stage 1 Supercharger Kits from Gintani are here, and they are ready to make some serious gains on your E6X V10.
Gintani reports boost is approx. 7.5psi, gains of 150+whp and 100+wtq are to be expected.

The NMRA All Female Shootout took place this weekend in Norwalk, OH, and ladies from all over came to put their skills against one another. When the smoke cleared, it was an all Vortech Supercharged Final, with Brandy Cisco and Nikki Frost battling it out for the win. Congratulations to Brandy Cisco from TeamBeefcakeRacing.com and to Nikki Frost for their 1st and 2nd place performances!

The GM LS engines are easy to obtain, relatively inexpensive to buy, easy to work on, and have the capability to make sizable amounts of horsepower without breaking the bank. Therefore, the LSX-Swapped and Vortech Supercharged combination has already started to become widely known as the go-to combo for massive, reliable, drop-in power for all kinds of vehicles…and we’re not just talking Chevys here.
Case in point is Vishal Mathur’s Nissan S13 Silvia. Vishal’s car is not the type of thing you see every day, not even in sunny Kissimmee Florida where he runs his shop Speedzone Performance. However, the level of customization on Vishal’s car certainly does work wonders for being the rolling billboard that draws enthusiasts of all types to pick up the phone or stop by the shop and swipe their credit cards and plunk down their hard earned cash in hopes of getting their own rides to reach the same level.

Vishal’s S13 features a Chargespeed Widebody Kit with an R32 GTST Rear Spoiler, VIS Carbon Hood and Trunk, and Wilwood Brakes sitting behind Lenso Spec E Wheels. Suspension is handled via D2 Airride Suspension, with Truhart Suspension Camber and caster kits. The interior features a Cusco 4 Point Roll Cage, and all manner of customized appointments from gauges, quick release NRG steering wheel, and the dash itself, a Carbon Worx unit with Nikworx gauge and speaker pods.
Under the hood is really where it gets serious, with the 5.3L bottom end out of a Chevy Truck got the treatment of 317 Heads with Speedzone port and polishing, Comp Cams custom grind Camshaft, LS3 Lifters/Trays, Voodoo valve springs/retainers, Manley push rods, and a Double Roller Chain Set courtesy of Comp Cams. The boost is provided by a Vortech V-2 S-Trim Supercharger with A&A Corvette C5 Corvette mounting bracketry, feeding through a custom Speedzone intercooler and piping into a FAST 102 Intake manifold and throttle body. The fuel system was upgraded to include FAST Fuel Rails, Injector Dynamics 1000cc Injectors, and an Aeromotive A1000 Pump and regulator. the combo is rounded out by a Dominator T56 Transmission and an ACT Extreme Clutch kit with 6 Puck sprung disk and ACT Steel Flywheel. Tuned on HPTuners by Jeremy Formata (Fast Proms Tuning), the package put down 698hp / 599tq @ 6,800rpm on 11psi. using 93 Octane.

Next up for Vishal is a whole new engine combo, with a larger displacement, built bottom end LSX topped off with a Vortech V-7 YSi and a whole lot more boost!
Wink’s Vortech Supercharged 6.1L SRT8 Jeep Grand Cherokee, built by R.M.C.R. in Colorado Springs, CO. Makes over 800whp and runs 10’s in the 1/4 mile at Bandimere Raceway, at an elevation of over 5,800′!

Mustangs and Fords, Mustangs and Fords! Everywhere you looked, it was Mustangs & Fords on Sunday in Buena Park, CA for the 29th Annual Fabulous Fords Forever show. As always, there was no shortage of Vortech and Paxton Supercharged Fords here, there, and everywhere on the property showing their boosted pride and support. Here are some of the photos we took from the show…
Our friends at the Oxnard PD DRAGG Program brought out both of their Vortech equipped Fords to raise awareness for the Drag Racing Against Gangs & Graffiti Youth Afterschool Program. The 2006 Mustang is running a Vortech V-2 Si air-to-water cooled Supercharging System, while the Focus ST is breathing better thanks to its Vortech Ecoboost Intercooler Upgrade Package.
We are quite familiar with this Paxton NOVI 2200 Supercharged 5.0L Mustang Convertible, but it did not have this excellent flat green wrap on it the last time we saw it. That, coupled with the on-the-ground air suspension stance and full compliment of TruFiber and TruCarbon accent parts make this Coyote a real eye-catcher.
We couldn’t resist awarding Bob Lee’s “57 Again” Paxton Supercharged 57 Ford with the “Hottest Supercharged Setup” of the day, due to his attention to detail and the impeccably clean state of everything on his car. Such a great job Bob, we love the car!
Eddie Z’s Mustang was back together just in time to make the show, thanks to the hard work of Eddie and his friends. The car’s new drastically more race-inspired theme is ready to hit the track hard thanks to its swapped 4V engine and custom intercooled Vortech Supercharging setup.
